Return and Refund Policy

Stormiddg always makes every effort to ensure that all orders reach its customers in the best possible condition and without damage. Considering the safe and standard packaging of all shipments, delivery to the shipping company and receipt of the shipment bill (inserted in the shopping cart and notified via email) means that any accidents during transportation and delivery are the responsibility of the shipping company. Damage caused by transportation must be reported to Stormiddg after-sales service within 24 business hours of order delivery, and the damaged product must be sent to Stormiddg after-sales service along with the official minutes of the shipping company and all accessories and invoices. Defective products: Defective products or products that do not comply with the descriptions on the Stormiddg website can be returned.
